Below is a poem that I particularly like.

Beautiful woman, daughter of grace and of joy, from where comes your art ?
How do you master the earth and the air in your steps
And the water and the fire in your cadence ? "
The dancer knelt before the prince and replied :
' Your highness, I'm not certain how to answer you, but I know that
The soul of the philosopher lies wake in their head
The soul of the poet soars in their heart
The soul of the singer vibrates in their throat.
But the soul of the dancer lives in all of their body.

Click A jug of flowers by the kitchen window can take on a magical and mystical feel - just there for the taking. Click  Couldn't resist putting this one in, using a piece of silk that catches the lights beautifully.

 I have found that the one way to really relax from my work is to go for long country walks. This is during the frosty weather this January 03 in Lime Park.  Click  Another picture taken at Lime Park, me without any makeup and picture colour balance altered.
