 General Directions to Venue 

Heaton Chapel Reformed Club is located in Heaton Moor which is a small and leafy suburb which is about a mile north of Stockport Town Centre and J1 on the M 60. If you are unfamiliar with this part of Manchester then take a look at a large scale map of Manchester and you will notice the M60 motorway encircling Manchester. Stockport will be located at the bottom right corner of the loop. Then look for a main road, the A6 that comes from Buxton, then Disley passes through the middle of Stockport and crosses the M 60 at J 1 and onwards to the centre of Manchester. Our advise is that if you don't have a detailed map of the local area and unfamiliar with things then come off on J1 and look for signs for either Buxton or Manchester. The reason is that J 1 is rather complicated and it is easy to sail off on one of the many little roads off the various roundabouts involved. So if you get lost simply ask for either Buxton or Manchester and the A6 and get yourself on this large main road. Once you are on the A6 then it's simply a case of establishing wherabouts you are on this road. The road descends a long steep hill and at the bottom is Stockport and then it goes uphill again. So if you are completely lost and you are on this road, simply ask for Stockport. Descend the long hill and when at the bottom you will be passing through the centre of Stockport. Depending on which way you are either carry on or find somewhere to turn round, (ie you will either be going towards Manchester city centre or towards Buxton. You will be needing to go in the direction of Manchester city centre. Now you will be on the red road on the map below that is marked A6 Wellington Rd North.
